Create new subscription

Go to a product page and select the desired subscription. Click subscribe. The subscription service is completed similar to our checkout process. The subscription services are not handled in the same shopping cart as one-time purchases. Complete one subscription at a time.

 

You enter delivery details and payment details. If you already have an account with us, log in to complete the subscription service. Without an account, you need to create one. The account gives you the opportunity to manage your subscriptions. Only card payment is possible for a subscription service.

 

Own account with ongoing subscriptions

In order to start a subscription to a product, you need to have an account with us. You create it yourself either in the checkout when you added subscriptions or on our home page at the top right.

With the account, you can then see your subscriptions. Here you can change address details and payment details. You can also see your other orders that are one-time purchases.

 

A subscription is terminated by contacting us via email or chat. A started subscription can be canceled after it has been activated (paid and sent) 2 times.

 

Shipping of subscription purchases

We use our standard shipping methods. The delivery time for subscription products is 5-7 working days from the subscription interval. A confirmation via e-mail is sent when the order is on its way.

 

If several subscription products are to be sent at the same time, there is only one shipping cost per month. Every subscription automatically adds shipping under SEK 700, but we will adjust it and any extra shipping will be refunded. Free shipping for subscription services that exceed SEK 500 in total.

For subscription services that exceed SEK 500 after the 20% discount, all shipping fees are refunded. Refunds of shipping charges are made after shipment of a subscription order(s).

 

 

Payment of subscription purchases

As it is a recurring purchase that is handled automatically, the only payment method at the moment is a registered payment card. The card details can be changed in your account if necessary. The payment is automatically deducted with each subsequent subscription mailing.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including Swedish VAT.
Shipping fee will be shown when selecting country.

You buy our products by clicking on the products in our web shop. You select quantity and click "add to cart" and then select "To checkout" when you are ready to pay. You can always see which items and to what number under the "Shopping Cart" in the upper right corner of the website and in the left corner at the top if you use your mobile. When the order is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail you provided.

To shop in our web shop, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 and want to shop, one of your parents must place the order.

According to the Distance Trading Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. In order for a return to be approved, the item / items must be unused and the packaging undamaged. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and money is refunded within 14 days of the item / items arriving to us. If you want to make a return, contact info@nobondbeauty.se.

We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations in the event of complaints and disputes. You as a customer have the right to complain about a product if its properties deviate from what appears in the product information. If an item is faulty or incorrectly shipped, please contact us and report the error as soon as possible. We specify how to return the defective item. We will reimburse you for any shipping costs (return shipping).

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD today in our web shop. Payment by card is made in accordance with current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. For a secure card transaction, we use Stripe and PayPal to complete card purchases. We are currently reviewing more payment methods. If you wish to order via invoice, it is possible to arrange - contact us.

DELIVERY

Our products are handmade and made to order. This means that we have a minimum in stock and thus your order is delivered within 5-7 working days (provided that our ingredients are with us)

A fee for shipping of SEK 49 (within Sweden) will be added to all orders under SEK 500. If you shop for more than SEK 500, we will send your order free of charge. (Applies only to deliveries to delivery point within Sweden). We also ship to Europe. If your country does not appear in the payment process - contact us and we will add it and let you know the shipping cost.

 

We send all orders with PostNord, a Swedish mail company. When your order is sent from us you will receive a notification via e-mail. The package is announced by Postnord via text message and / or e-mail when it arrives at the delivery point if not delivered directly to your mail box. Please follow up so that you have received notification. Feel free to use PostNord's app to track your shipment.

All No Bond Beauty products are developed and approved in collaboration with a chemist. The products are registered in the EU cosmetics register CPNP.

Our ingredients are so pure and natural that they are classified as food. If it were not for the essential oils, you can eat our skin products.

Our ingredients are 100% organic. The tallow is bought by Swedish producers approved for food, requirements-certified and their animals are grass-grazed.

Our organic cold-pressed olive oil is from Spain. The organic lavender oil from France and our organic pine needle oil from Bulgaria. Our vision is to have only nordic raw materials and products. Our deo contains ingredients which are food safe.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

To be able to order in our web shop, we need personal information from you to be able to complete the order, purchase and delivery. This is information that we are also obliged to store under the Accounting Act. We never store your card information but use Stripe and PayPal for secure handling of card information. To complete your purchase with a debit card, however, we need to share your personal information with the card services.

Information about you in addition to a purchase that we store is your e-mail address where you choose to register for mailing from us. You can always unsubscribe from mailings where you have approved consent.

We store conversations with you regarding exchanges, complaints and the purchase process as long as it is relevant to resolve a matter. Then the data is anonymized and used only to enable us to improve our processes.
